Self-Drive (Meet & Parking)
- This is a self-drive experience — transportation not included
- Meet at: Tamarack Grill (Upper Lodge), 2315 Ski Land Rd, Fairbanks, AK 99712
- Parking: free on site; follow event signs
- Arrival: please arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in
- Road conditions: winter tires/4WD recommended; roads may be snow/ice covered
- If running late: please call the lodge line at (907) 389-2314; the tour still ends at 2:30 AM
What to Bring
- Very warm layers, winter boots, hat & gloves
- Phone/camera (tripod recommended)
- Headlamp
Important Notes
- The aurora is a natural phenomenon and not guaranteed
- Tours may proceed in cold/cloudy conditions without visible aurora
- If Ski Land cancels for safety/operations, you’ll receive a full refund or reschedule
Cancellation Policy (summary)
- 48h+: full refund or free reschedule
- 24–48h: 50% refund or one reschedule (same season, space-available)
- <24h or no-show: non-refundable
