1. Assumption of Risk: I understand that skiing, snowboarding, and terrain park activities, including participation in the rail jam event, involve inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, and variable snow or weather conditions. I freely assume all such risks, known and unknown.

2. Release of Liability: I hereby release and hold harmless Ski Land, its staff, volunteers, board members, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained while participating in or observing the rail jam event.

3. Equipment Responsibility: I acknowledge that I am responsible for the condition and maintenance of my own equipment. I understand that helmets are required.

4. Code of Conduct: I agree to follow all event rules, staff instructions, and conduct myself in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event.

5. Media Release: I grant permission to Ski Land to use photographs, video, or audio recordings of me during the event for promotional purposes without compensation.
